Policy/Shipping


If you decide to buy from our shop, you are accepting and understanding our return/refund and shipping policy.

The Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) recently approved the rate change scheduled for January 24th, 2021 that will have an overall increase of 1.8% for First-Class Mail.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

Currently we are NOT accepting any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. All sales are final, we will only cancel the order if the package hasn't shipped. If there is a manufacturer defect you will receive store credit only. We do inspect your items before shipping out. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.

Shipping/Tracking:

We only ship in the US. Please allow 5-10 days for your package to be ready for shipping. We hand braid and put together a lot of our jewelry so it could take a few days to get orders out to the post office. We will be providing a tracking code for your order once we ship it out by email. 

Please keep in mind that once we ship out your package it's out of our hands and its now the USPS responsibility, if your tracking number says it's been delivered and you did not receive please contact your local post office before contacting us.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order, we are not responsible for lost packages! You are responsible for the second shipping fee if package is returned to us.
